Today Kloe Norris signed with Eureka College to play softball next year. Midwest Central wants to wish Kloe the best in her future college career. Eureka is getting an accomplished athlete and a great student.




MCHS students visited East Peoria Fire Department for the Fire Science Career Day.
Firefighters are needed and it is an excellent paying career! Please see Ms. Lee for details about the Early College program for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Fire Science. This is open to our current juniors for their senior year of high school and applications are due by February 1st. 2022.





Midwest Central High School is in need of people to do ticket sales, run the clock and do the books at home basketball games. Please contact the HS office if you are interested.

We are raffling off 4 grand prizes totaling $1,000 – winners will be drawn on 12/10 at the Midwest Central Boys Basketball game (no need to be present). Tickets are $10.00 for one entry, or $40.00 for 5 entries. We can ship prizes within the US if your ticket is drawn. We accept cash, check, Paypal or Venmo – you can specify a band member you’d like to support and the proceeds will directly benefit their trip. Seniors: This is a reminder to complete your FAFSA or the OPT out form. The FAFSA, if eligible, can open the door to free money and federal loans. The OPT out form is located in the main office. This is a graduation requirement.


Mrs. DeSutter's Biology 111 (dual credit ICC class) students were performing a lab on the Hardy-Weinberg Principle yesterday and today. If you are interested in your child receiving college credit while in high school (At a much, much lower cost than college!!!), have your child talk to the counselor about signing up!!! We offer Biolohy 111- Concepts in Biology and Biology 140 - Anatomy and Physiology!

The Univerity of Illinois is offering a Superhero Health Fair on Saturday, November 13th. This event is open to all Mason and Fulton County grade school kids and their families.
